Best Fit
Teams is most useful when identity standards, licensing, design approval, ordering, and purchasing belong to different people.
Campuses, schools, departments, athletics, student life, and alumni teams all need the right approved artwork.
Admissions, orientation, athletics, fundraising, alumni, and recurring events create constant demand.
Licensed marks may require approved uses, royalty rules, and reporting before branded products can move forward.
Brand, communications, department staff, purchasing, and finance each own a different part of the order.
Sticker Invasion for Teams
Fully proof each new design before its first order, then give each campus or team access to the approved ordering workflow it needs.
Keep current logos, licensed marks, spirit artwork, admissions campaigns, event graphics, and prepared templates with the institution.
Complete proofing and any required institution or licensing approval before artwork becomes available to order.
Organize campuses, schools, departments, athletics, alumni, or student life and assign the roles each person needs.
Let authorized staff reorder approved artwork while managers and finance retain purchase and funding controls.
Institutional Purchasing & Licensing
A department may be allowed to order a design without having authority to approve its artwork or licensed use. Bring communications, licensing, purchasing, and finance into the first rollout.
Your institution, rights holder, or licensing partner decides which marks and uses are approved. Confirm supplier authorization and purchasing requirements for your intended products.
When Licensing is enabled for your organization, authorized staff can record rights evidence, permitted uses, external approvals, and applicable royalty rules against the exact artwork version.
Recorded licensing rules can hold ineligible items from production. A later artwork version needs its own rights and approval records; purchasing and funding approvals remain separate.
Share your PO, invoicing, tax-documentation, vendor-onboarding, accessibility, privacy, or security requirements in the inquiry. We can review fit and the information needed before planning the first campus or department rollout. Invoice terms require separate approval.

An Easy First Step
Customize a school-ready design with your department, class year, or event, see your price, and fully approve it before the first order. No Teams setup is required. If ordering later spreads across campuses or staff, you will already have approved artwork and a proven reorder workflow to build from.

No. Multi-campus universities are a strong fit, but school districts and individual schools can also benefit when departments, activities, events, or separate brand and purchasing responsibilities create repeated handoffs. If you are starting with one sticker order, a school-ready design is an easy first step toward approved artwork that can grow into Teams later.
Yes. Teams is designed around organization-owned artwork and approved versions. Prepared templates can expose only the fields intended to change, while finished identity marks, campaign art, and event designs stay ready for repeat orders.
A new design is fully proofed and approved before its first order. You can approve the proof or request changes first. After approval, subsequent orders do not require another proof.
Teams can separate design access, ordering, purchase approval, design approval, and billing responsibilities. Groups and Billing Accounts can organize who orders for which campus, school, or department and how purchases are reviewed and funded.
We will review the campuses, departments, roles, artwork, and ordering workflow you share. Our email reply will recommend a focused first rollout, identify the inputs needed, and explain the next step. If guided configuration is appropriate, we will confirm its scope and expected timing before setup begins.
Yes. When licensing applies, Teams can keep recorded agreements, permitted uses, royalty rules, and order evidence connected to the licensed artwork. It can also support royalty reporting and stop items that do not meet the recorded ordering rules from moving into production. Your institution, rights holder, or licensing partner still decides which marks and uses are approved.
