Best Fit

Built for the Handoffs That Slow Brewery Teams Down.

Teams is most useful when artwork, design approval, ordering, and purchasing belong to different people.

Multiple Places to Stock

Taprooms, events, sales teams, territories, or departments need access to the same approved brand.

Frequent Releases

Seasonal drops, festivals, and recurring campaigns make one-at-a-time coordination expensive.

Split Responsibilities

Marketing, operations, managers, and finance each need control over a different part of the order.

Before Your First Order

Choose the Product. Plan the Purchase.

Teams is your organization's workspace for buying printed stickers and labels from Sticker Invasion. There is no platform or subscription fee. Product orders, shipping, and applicable taxes are paid separately.

Compare Products & Pricing

Choose a size, material, finish, and quantity on the product page to see pricing. Bring your expected order quantities and recurring needs to the setup discussion.

See Materials Before Scaling Up

Explore sticker materials and finishes with a sample pack. For packaging, cold storage, scanners, or demanding surfaces, tell us the application so we can discuss suitable options and a representative test order.

A launch configured by Sticker Invasion may require an opening prepaid order balance based on the setup involved. The full balance applies to future product orders. We confirm any required balance, scope, and expected launch timing before configuration begins.

  • A role and group map for taprooms, events, marketing, and finance.
  • A first design-approval and purchasing path, plus the inputs needed to launch.

An Easy First Step

Not Ready for Teams? Start With One Approved Brewery Design.

Customize a brewery-ready design with your handle or website, see your price, and fully approve it before the first order. No Teams setup is required. If ordering later spreads across locations or staff, you will already have approved artwork and a proven reorder workflow to build from.

Questions Breweries Ask Us

Is Teams only for breweries with multiple locations?

No. Multiple taprooms are a strong fit, but a single-location brewery can also benefit when frequent releases, events, or separate marketing, purchasing, and proof responsibilities create repeated handoffs. If you are starting with one sticker order, the brewery designs above give you an easy first step toward approved artwork that can grow into Teams later.

Can we use our own brewery artwork?

Yes. Teams is designed around organization-owned artwork and approved versions. Prepared templates can expose only the fields intended to change, while finished artwork can stay ready for repeat orders.

When is a new design proofed?

A new design is fully proofed and approved before its first order. You can approve the proof or request changes first. After approval, subsequent orders do not require another proof.

How much control can managers and finance keep?

Teams can separate design access, ordering, purchase approval, design approval, and billing responsibilities. Groups and Billing Accounts can organize who orders for which part of the brewery and how purchases are reviewed and funded.

What happens after we request a setup plan?

We will review the locations, roles, artwork, and ordering workflow you share. Our email reply will recommend a focused first rollout, identify the inputs needed, and explain the next step. If guided configuration is appropriate, we will confirm its scope and expected timing before setup begins.

Do reusable designs replace our packaging or regulatory review?

No. Reusable designs help protect approved versions and limit which prepared fields staff can change, but your brewery remains responsible for packaging content and any regulatory review or approval that applies.
