Understanding Teams
What the workspace is, who it helps, and how access works.
What Is Sticker Invasion Teams?
Teams is a business ordering workspace for printed stickers and labels. It connects approved artwork, reusable designs, people, locations or departments, purchasing rules, billing, approvals, and reporting so an organization can order without relying on one shared login or one person forwarding files.
Is Teams a Shared Login or a Group Order?
No. Each invited person uses an individual account. Roles and scopes determine what that person can see or do. A Group can represent a location, department, event, or another operating unit, but it is not a shared username and password.
Who Is Teams For?
Teams is useful when several people participate in branded ordering. Common examples include multi-location businesses, franchises, universities, departments, event teams, purchasing groups, and organizations that need brand approval separated from ordering or payment responsibilities.
Do We Need Multiple Locations to Use Teams?
No. A single-location organization can benefit when brand, operations, purchasing, and finance are handled by different people. You can begin with one shared design library and a simple ordering workflow, then add structure only when it becomes useful.
Is Teams Available to Everyone?
Teams is currently available by request. Tell us about your organization, approximate locations or departments, and preferred setup path. We will reply by email or telephone within one business day with the next step for a focused first rollout.
Printed Products
Stickers, Labels & Artwork
How to choose a product and keep the printed result on brand.
What Is the Difference Between a Sticker and a Label?
The terms can overlap, but the intended use usually guides the choice. Stickers are often individually distributed, handed out, or applied as promotional graphics. Labels are often supplied on rolls for repeated application to packaging, containers, or products. The shape, material, finish, quantity, and application method help determine the best format.
Should We Choose Die Cut Stickers or Roll Labels?
Die cut stickers are a strong choice for handouts, merchandise, events, laptop stickers, and individually distributed brand pieces. Roll labels are usually better when staff will repeatedly apply the same design to bags, boxes, bottles, jars, or other packaging. We can help you choose when the use case is not obvious.
How Do We Choose a Material, Finish, and Size?
Start with where the printed piece will be used, how it will be handled, the surface it will be applied to, and the visual effect you want. Our material, finish, and size guides explain the major choices. Your organization can then publish approved product configurations so locations do not have to make the same decision repeatedly.
Can We Use Our Existing Artwork?
Yes. Provide the best original artwork available, along with any brand standards or approved variations. Vector artwork is helpful when available, but our artwork guide can help you prepare other files. Sticker Invasion can also help organize approved artwork and reusable templates during a configured launch.
Will We See a Proof Before Printing?
New artwork and single customized bulk orders receive a proof before production. Unchanged approved designs can be reordered without another proof. CSV variable-data orders do not receive a proof, so verify every row and use a representative test order before a larger run. Your organization remains responsible for content and accuracy; purchasing and funding controls still apply.
Can Locations Personalize an Approved Design?
Yes, when the organization publishes a configurable template. The template can expose only the intended fields, such as a location name, event, URL, or other approved variable. Standard approved designs can remain locked for direct reordering when no changes should be allowed.
Workspace Controls
Access, Ordering & Approvals
How people, locations, designs, and purchase decisions stay separated.
What Is a Group in Teams?
A Group is a way to model an operating unit inside the organization. It can represent a store, campus, department, region, event, or another useful boundary. Groups help determine which people, designs, Billing Accounts, and ordering responsibilities belong together.
Does Every Member See Every Design and Order?
Not necessarily. Roles define capabilities, and access can be organization-wide or limited to specific Groups and Billing Accounts. A person can receive the access needed for a job without automatically receiving visibility into every part of the organization.
Does Every Order Need Approval?
No. Approval requirements are configured around the organization and its Billing Accounts. Some purchasing paths can allow an authorized person to order directly, while others can create a purchase request for an approver to review before the order moves forward.
Can a Location Reorder Without Starting Over?
Yes. Authorized people can reorder an approved design using the correct organizational context. This reduces file hunting and helps the next order stay connected to the approved artwork, location or department, Billing Account, and purchasing policy.
Can We Control Quantities, Budgets, and Report Access?
Authorized managers can restrict a design to specific order quantities and configure monthly or per-purchase automatic approval limits. Exceptions route to the appropriate organization or location approver. Reports can show spending by Group, member, or Billing Account; CSV export requires its own permission. Automatic purchase approval does not bypass required funding, proof, or licensing decisions.
Can We Prepare Invitations Before Sending Them?
Yes. An administrator can prepare invitations, assign the intended role and scope, review the member list, and send invitations when the workspace is ready. This makes it possible to finish the initial structure before inviting the organization into it.
Can Team Ownership Be Handed Off?
Yes. Sticker Invasion can configure the initial workspace, prepare the member list, and invite the intended owner. Accepting an Owner invitation transfers canonical ownership while preserving appropriate access for the previous owner according to the configured roles.
Getting Started
Billing, Launch & Support
What Teams costs, how orders can be funded, and what launch looks like.
What Does Teams Cost?
There is no platform or subscription fee for Teams. Your organization pays for the stickers and labels it orders, along with shipping and applicable taxes. A launch configured by Sticker Invasion may require an opening prepaid order balance based on the setup involved. The full balance is applied to future product orders, and any requirement is confirmed before configuration begins.
How Can Our Organization Pay for Orders?
Billing Accounts define the available purchasing policy and funding methods for eligible Groups. Depending on the approved setup, funding can include saved payment methods, prepaid balances, or invoice terms. Invoice terms and other controlled options require separate eligibility and approval.
Can We Set Up Teams Ourselves?
Yes. After access is granted, an administrator can use the searchable customer manual to create the Team, model Groups, assign roles, prepare invitations, configure billing and approval requirements, and publish approved designs or templates.
What Can Sticker Invasion Configure for Us?
You can provide approved assets, business structure, roles, purchasing requirements, and billing expectations. Sticker Invasion can prepare and organize artwork, build Groups and role assignments, configure Billing Accounts and approval paths, queue invitations, review the initial workspace, and hand off ownership.
How Long Does Setup Take?
Timing depends on the number of approved assets, locations or departments, roles, billing rules, approval paths, and people involved. A focused first rollout takes less coordination than moving every workflow at once. We confirm the initial scope, required inputs, and expected timing before configured work begins.
Can We Start With One Workflow and Expand Later?
Yes. A practical first rollout might focus on one location, one product family, one approved design library, or one purchasing path. After the organization has used that workflow, additional Groups, members, designs, Billing Accounts, and approval policies can be added.
