Coffee Shop Solutions
One Coffee Brand. Every Café, Bag & Seasonal Launch Stocked. Keep approved stickers and labels in one coffee-shop-owned library. New designs are fully proofed and approved before their first order. Once approved, authorized staff can reorder them without another proof while managers keep purchase controls.
Already have artwork? Plan around your existing designs and requirements.
Best Fit
Teams is most useful when artwork, design approval, ordering, and purchasing belong to different people.
Cafés, wholesale accounts, catering teams, pop-ups, or departments need access to the same approved brand.
New drinks, roast releases, collaborations, and recurring campaigns make one-at-a-time coordination expensive.
Brand, operations, café managers, and finance each need control over a different part of the order.
Sticker Invasion for Teams
Fully proof each new design before its first order, then give each person access to the part of the approved ordering workflow they own.
Keep current logos, roast art, labels, and prepared templates with the coffee business.
Complete the proofing process and approve the artwork before it becomes available to order.
Organize cafés, wholesale, catering, events, or departments and assign the roles each person needs.
Let authorized staff order approved artwork again without another proof while managers and finance keep purchase and funding controls.
A Seasonal Rollout
Start with your existing artwork and a few cafés. Use the first campaign to confirm the ordering workflow before inviting every location.
Headquarters approves the artwork, shares it with selected cafés, and sets the quantities those locations may order.
Managers select the approved design in their location workspace. Configured approval and funding rules keep the purchase connected to the right billing account.
Archive finished campaign designs to stop new ordering while keeping historical orders and reports. Publish new artwork through its own approval workflow.
Company-owned cafés and franchisees may need different access and billing arrangements. Bring that structure, shipping destinations, and your campaign date to the rollout discussion.
Before Your First Order
Teams is your organization's workspace for buying printed stickers and labels from Sticker Invasion. There is no platform or subscription fee. Product orders, shipping, and applicable taxes are paid separately.
Choose a size, material, finish, and quantity on the product page to see pricing. Bring your expected order quantities and recurring needs to the setup discussion.
Explore sticker materials and finishes with a sample pack. For packaging, cold storage, scanners, or demanding surfaces, tell us the application so we can discuss suitable options and a representative test order.
Share your delivery date, destinations, proofing needs, and vendor-onboarding requirements. Plan time for artwork approval, production, and shipping. Invoice terms require separate eligibility and approval.
A launch configured by Sticker Invasion may require an opening prepaid order balance based on the setup involved. The full balance applies to future product orders. We confirm any required balance, scope, and expected launch timing before configuration begins.

An Easy First Step
Customize a coffee-shop-ready design with your handle or website, see your price, and fully approve it before the first order. No Teams setup is required. If ordering later spreads across locations or staff, you will already have approved artwork and a proven reorder workflow to build from.

Before the Next Rush
No. Multiple cafés are a strong fit, but a single-location coffee shop can also benefit when frequent seasonal launches, wholesale or catering orders, or separate brand, purchasing, and proof responsibilities create repeated handoffs. If you are starting with one sticker order, a coffee-shop-ready design gives you an easy first step toward approved artwork that can grow into Teams later.
Yes. Teams is designed around organization-owned artwork and approved versions. Prepared templates can expose only the fields intended to change, while finished logos, roast art, and seasonal campaigns can stay ready for repeat orders.
A new design is fully proofed and approved before its first order. You can approve the proof or request changes first. After approval, subsequent orders do not require another proof.
Teams can separate design access, ordering, purchase approval, design approval, and billing responsibilities. Groups and Billing Accounts can organize who orders for which café, team, or department and how purchases are reviewed and funded.
We will review the locations, roles, artwork, and ordering workflow you share. Our email reply will recommend a focused first rollout, identify the inputs needed, and explain the next step. If guided configuration is appropriate, we will confirm its scope and expected timing before setup begins.
Paper labels are a natural fit for many dry indoor packages, while White BOPP is a better starting point for refrigeration, light moisture, oils, or frequent handling. Your container, surface, application method, and storage conditions still matter, so contact us when you are unsure.
