The Sticker Invasion website was launched in the spring of 2024, but the printing company behind Sticker Invasion, Harler Print Co, has been operating since early 2022.
We feel our customer service is unmatched. We strive to answer questions and solve problems as quickly as possible. We also feel the stickers and other products we produce speak for themselves in terms of being the highest quality.

While our primary focus is on stickers of all kinds, we also provide other printing services, such as signs, banners and garments. Send us a message if you'd like to discuss getting a quote for a job.
For custom stickers, you choose the material, finish, size and quantity and any other options available and then upload your artwork. Once we've received your order, a graphic designer will create a cut-line proof for you showing exactly how your custom stickers will be printed and cut. After reviewing the proof, you can choose to approve the proof as-is, or request changes. Once all items in your order have had their proofs approved, your payment method will be charged and then your order will move into production.
Yes. We will not print any designs that we deem pornographic, obscene, hateful or possibly illegal. By ordering, you are asserting that you have the rights to print the design you provide. We may require proof of permission to reproduce for certain designs if they contain known intellectual properties.
Yes. After your proof is sent to you, you have 3 business days to request changes before the proof will automatically be approved.
Depending on how far into production your order is, changes may not be possible without further expense. Send us a message if you need to request a change.
We guarantee that our products are free from defects and that the color will not fade substantially in standard use cases for a period of 1 year.
Our proofing process is used to ensure that the stickers we print are exactly what you expect. If there is a problem with your order, such as the prints not matching the proof or defects in the product, we will refund or replace at our discretion. We do not accept returns on custom printed items. We will refund non-custom items if the item is returned to us in its original, unused condition with a 10% restocking fee.
Yes, we offer discounts and promotions periodically. Make sure you register an account and are signed up for receiving promotional emails for regular updates on them.

You can cancel your order any time before it moves into production. Once your order has started production, we may not be able to refund depending on how far into production it has gone. This is dealt with on a case-by-case basis, so contact us to discuss your order cancellation.

We provide shipping through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS.
Your shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will depend on the contents of your order. You will be provided with multiple options to choose from.
At this time we only provide shipping to the US and Canada. We are hoping to expand our reach soon, so please check back in periodically for updates.
Shipping times will vary depending on how far the package has to travel to get to you and which shipping method you choose at checkout.
You should consider the transit times listed with the shipping options as estimates. Some services may come with delivery time guarantees, but not all of them. If you need your package by a particular deadline, please contact us prior to making your purchase.
Yes, as soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Contacting the shipping carrier should be your first step. If they are unable to help you, contact us and we'll do our best to figure things out.
Yes, expedited shipping can be chosen at checkout. Keep in mind, this only affects the transit time from our shop to you. It does not affect the processing time it takes to print and finish your stickers.

You can pay with all major credit cards or an ACH bank transfer. For some orders, we may require payment be made via check. You will be notified if that is the case.
Yes, we use Stripe as our payment processor. We do not store or have direct access to your payment information.
For items that require proofs, your payment method will be charged as soon as all proofs have been approved. For orders not containing any items that require proofs, your payment method will be charged immediately after your order is confirmed.
We do not have any hidden fees. If significant changes to an order item is required though the proofing process (sizes differing after any requested changes, for example), the quantity of your order may be adjusted to account for those changes. You will be notified of those changes in the proof you receive.
